What should I do if my card is declined?

Don’t swipe the card again. You will be charged a $0.50 declined transaction fee every time the card is declined, even if you are trying the card multiple times at the same register. Check your balance using the SOLE Paycard app or website to make sure you have funds on your card to cover the purchase you’re making. If you do have sufficient funds but your paycard is still being declined, give us a call so we can check if there are any issues with your card.
