Why can’t I create an account on the website?

Our website username and password requirements can be tricky. Make sure your username only has 6-10 characters, and your password only has 6-8 characters – all letters and numbers only. If you have tried setting up a new account more than a few times, select forgot user ID/Password. Chances are that one of the attempts may have been successful. If that still doesn’t work, give us a call so we can check to see if there are any issues with your card that are preventing you from creating an account.
