There are a few reasons your new card may have stopped working. Typically, we just need a little more information to verify your identity. If we need more information from you, we will attempt to contact you by phone and email, and you’ll be asked to send scanned copies of your social security card and government-issued ID to email@example.com. if you’re not sure if we need your documents, give us a call at 800-457-5809.
Your card may also stop working if we detect possible fraudulent activity, such as a transaction in another country or a purchase from a suspicious website. If you suspect your card may have been restricted due to fraud, give us a call at 800-457-5809 and we’ll make sure you get a new card and help you file a dispute if your money has been used fraudulently.
