Will I be charged a fee for calling SOLE?

SOLE charges a $3 (SVC CHG SPRT) fee only when you call for a service that could also be performed through our self-service options, like the website or app. Issues that can be resolved through self-service options include checking account balance or finding your routing and account number. For all other calls, we do not charge a fee. If you’re not sure if you can self-service your issue, send us a message on Facebook.
